Partnership with Modern Growth Medicine
My deepest belief as a therapist is that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and it certainly doesn’t happen in a single lane. Talk therapy, nervous system work, community, medical care, and sometimes non-ordinary states of consciousness can all play a role in our healing process.
To support this more fully, I’ve co-created Modern Growth Medicine (MGM) – an integrative, psychedelic-informed organization focused on safe, ethical, and evidence-based approaches to non-ordinary states and psychedelic-assisted care.
This partnership allows us to walk alongside you with more options, more support, and a more coordinated team when and if psychedelic-related care becomes appropriate and legally accessible. They deliver holistic therapeutic solutions for mental health and naturopathy/medical needs.
We’re here to listen, guide, and support your transformation—one step at a time.
Call us. We can answer for all your questions.

Who Is Modern Growth Medicine?
Modern Growth Medicine (MGM) is a collaborative network of psychotherapists, counsellors, physicians, and educators specializing in psychedelic integration. Together, they bridge psychological and medical expertise to provide safe, evidence-based care.
MGM focuses on psychedelic harm reduction, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and Psilocybin or MDMAAssisted Therapy through Health Canada’s Special Access Program. They provide the clinical infrastructure and medical partnerships, while I bring the therapeutic relationship, depth work, and continuity of care.
Collaborative care
You won’t navigate psychedelics or clinics alone — therapy and any legal psychedelic treatments are coordinated through MGM for seamless care.
Ethical practice
I don’t prescribe or supply psychedelics; MGM partners only with licensed providers and legal clinics (e.g., ketamine, SAP pathways).
Therapeutic support
We work together before, during, and after psychedelic experiences to ensure they’re safely processed and integrated.
Clinic access
Clinic access: MGM’s network includes partner clinics in Calgary, Edmonton, London, Vaughan, Mississauga, and other approved locations.

Why work with us?
Please reach out with any questions.
This collaboration may be a good fit if:
- - You are interested in ethical, legal, well-supported psychedelic-related care
- - You want psychotherapy that understands non-ordinary states instead of pathologizing them
- - You value a team approach, where therapy and medical decisions are in dialogue rather than in silos
- - You prefer a slow, relational, and trauma-informed pace, even when exploring powerful modalities.
If you’re curious about working with me as your therapist.
Exploring whether legal psychedelic-related pathways (like ketamine or SAP) may be appropriate
Or simply having a grounded, confidential conversation about non-ordinary states and your healing journey
You’re invited to reach out and book a consultation.
From there, we can:
1. Explore your story, history, and goals
2. Clarify what support you’re seeking – therapy only, integration, or possible collaboration with MGM’s network
3. Decide together what a safe, realistic, and meaningful path forward might look like
Healing is not about chasing an experience, it is about building a life that can hold the experiences you have.
This partnership with Modern Growth Medicine exists to help you do exactly that – with more support, more coherence, and more care.
We do not prescribe or supply psychedelics.
We do not refer clients to any illegal sources, and we do not prescribe any drug, legal or otherwise. I am not licensed to practice medicine, and therefore I am not legally able to suggest, recommend, encourage, or advise you to take any drug, whether legal or not.
What we can do is:
- Work with physicians and regulated clinics who have legal authority to prescribe or administer medications (including ketamine and SAP-approved psychedelics).
- Provide psychedelic-informed therapy, preparation, and integration for people who are engaging these medicines through legal, regulated channels.
- Offer harm reduction–oriented education for those who are curious, already using, or have used these substances.
There is a growing body of research suggesting that psychedelics can be helpful in some situations and risky in others. Our role is to support you in navigating this landscape as safely, honestly, and thoughtfully as possible.
Health Canada’s Special Access Program allows physicians to request access to certain otherwise restricted drugs, including psilocybin and MDMA, for patients with serious or treatment-resistant mental health conditions when other treatments have not been effective.
Two main legal pathways currently exist in Canada:
Section 56(1) exemptions under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA)
The Special Access Program (SAP) under section C.08.010(1) of the Food and Drug Regulations (FDR)
Initially, SAP access to psilocybin and MDMA was primarily focused on end-of-life or palliative cases.
More recently, SAP has expanded to include conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in specific circumstances, which opens the door for mental health practitioners to legally collaborate with physicians in delivering psychedelic-assisted therapy in Canada.
We currently offer the following services in relation to legal psychedelic pathways in Canada:
Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy for individuals who have SAP approval
MDMA-Assisted Therapy for individuals who have SAP approval
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with medical teams
Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy for those accessing legal exemptions through SAP or other approved mechanisms
Support in accessing SAP – we assist eligible clients in the process of applying for SAP approval with their medical providers
Aftercare and integration for individuals who have received SAP-approved psychedelic treatment or ketamine treatment
We work with partner clinics in Calgary, Edmonton, London, Vaughan, and Mississauga, and have additional partner clinics that can be accessed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to ask about current locations and options.
Our focus is on:
- - Improving access to integrative and regulated care
- - Aligning with the best available evidence for Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
Ensuring high safety standards and optimal therapeutic conditions before, during, and after any psychedelic experience.

Testimonials
We use your experiences as guiding posts to how we can guide and help you.
”I came to Wallace because I was finally ready to look more at my life, my past, and as the sessions progressed, into my drinking. I had tried to quit a number of times over the decades but Wallace was the first person who taught me that my booze had been my friend not my enemy. I quit weeks after that concept settled in. I credit Wallace for my sobriety. Thank you!”
Robert S.
”In 2016 I spent 6 weeks working with Wallace in his program ‘Wake up, Your Life is Waiting’. During these sessions we began each one with a guided mediation. Wallace had a very calming and elegant way of guiding you on a journey in your own mind with imagery and focus. Those sessions were some of the most life changing and profound experiences I’ve ever had. After the guided meditation and guided imagery would proceed make radical changes in my thought patterns and beliefs.”
Grant T.
I choose Wallace Murray for he blends modern and Indigenous wisdom, hypnosis, and parts therapies to guide deep healing. With decades of experience, he creates a safe space for growth, offering psychedelic-assisted therapies in Calgary and Edmonton.
